Matthew R. Stevens is currently completing his Masters at York University in Toronto, Canada. A graduate fellow with the Centre for Refugee Studies and the York Centre for International Security Studies, he has recently completed a six month research programme based out of Irbid Governate on the Syrian/Jordanian border. Matthew has worked with refugees and other migrants in Canada, Egypt, Costa Rica, Peru, and Jordan with such institutions as Citizenship and Immigration Canada, CARE International, and McGill University.
